New Communities - Training

Our Training division, created to support our growing staff, has expanded to offer training, certification, and leadership to new generations of health care and human services professionals through a network of professional training programs with local Career Centers, Adult Education programs, and health care provider collaborators.

The Training division organizes and oversees the training needs of New Communities 500 employees across the state. In addition to providing ongoing training to New Communities employees, the classes are open and available to other students and outside agency employees.

We believe that quality training is the foundation that promotes excellent care and drives best practices. Our goal is to provide quality content that is valuable, relevant and accessible for the professional development and career advancement of individuals in the health care and social service fields.
